Payment Policy
As part of the introduction of online bill pay on March 1, 2006 Volunteer Energy Cooperative customers will no longer pay convenience fees for credit card payments. Forms of payment accepted in VEC offices, by mail, or online as of March 1st: Cash (in-person payments only) Check VISA® credit or debit cards* This change will allow us to offer a high level of customer service with NO CONVENIENCE FEES. *Other credit or debit cards cannot be accepted either for online payment or for payments made in person or by phone after February 28, 2006.
