VEC employees and their families are not eligible. Prizes will be delivered by U.S. Postal Service. You must be a VEC customer to win. By entering you agree to have your name published in a list of winners in VEC’s monthly newsletter Powerlines. The lists will contain only the winners name and the city or county in which the winner lives. Only one “Barns of Tennessee” Book will be awarded per VEC service address. Drawings will be held once per month, on the last business day of the month. Non-winning entries will be discarded and a new pool of entrants started for the next monthly drawing.
